Teaching Assistants

The Scottsdale Children’s Institute is seeking experienced and qualified teaching assistants to work in our inclusive classrooms. Teaching assistants will receive excellent supervision and training and will be directly overseen and supervised by Doctoral and Master’s level supervisors. Industry leading pay in addition to quarterly performance bonuses will be provided to exceptional job candidates.

Serving the needs of children with cognitive, behavioral, and developmental disorders is our passion and area of expertise. Our goal is to create one of the finest Kindergarten readiness programs in the country that advances the science of teaching and disseminates this knowledge in consumable formats to parents, professionals, and anyone else who serves the learning and behavioral needs of children with and without disabilities.

This a full-time position intended to fill 40 hours per week. You will be paid to train for 3 hours each week in addition to receiving 2-3 hours of Doctoral or Master’s level supervision.

We are specifically looking for applicants with the following qualities or characteristics:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with children
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eager to learn and improve skills
  • Saturday availability
  • Ambitious and motivated
  • Reliable transportation
  • A passion for serving special needs children

  • Excellent customer service skills

Classroom Teachers

The Scottsdale Children’s Institute is seeking experienced and qualified individual to serve as the lead classroom teachers for our Kindergarten readiness program. Classroom teachers will be joining an experienced supervision team of Doctoral and Master’s level supervisors. Industry leading pay in addition to quarterly performance bonuses will be provided to exceptional job candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
  • Knowledge/experience in applied behavior analysis
  • An interest in teaching/education
